Day 1: Dveli-Shuamta, Ikalo, batonis Ttsikhe, Winery Schuchmann
Drive over the hill chains of the Gombori Mountains to Telavi. First visit the monastery complex of Dveli-Shuamta and the ruins of the academy of Ikalto. Visit the royal residence (Georgian batonis taikhe) in Telavi. Afterwards drive to the Schukhman Estate, where wine is produced both according to European and Georgian methods. A local winemaker will explain the wine production in detail during a guided tour. Afterwards wine tasting, dinner in the city Telavi.

Day 2: Gremi, Nekresi, family winery, Bodbe, Sighnaghi
First visit Gremi - once-an important trading city, the Archangel Church and the Royal Citadel. On the way to Kvareli visit the Nekresi Monastery, then lunch with a Georgian family, you will get to know Georgian hospitality and Georgian table traditions and taste delicious Georgian wine. On the way to Sighnaghi visit the grave of the highly revered St. Nino built the basilica of Bodbe. Small city tour through the picturesque streets of Sighnaghi-the city of love.

Day 3: Kvelatsminda, Davit Gareja, Udabno, Tbilisi
First visit the All-Holy Church of Gurjaani (kvelatsminda). Afterwards, we will drive through the steppe desert to the monastery of Davit-Gareja; Visit the monastery of Davit-Gareja, a hike (ascent and walk approximately 2-3 hours) to the caves of the Udabno monastery with impressions of frescoes and a wide view of the beautiful deserts on the border with Azerbaijan.
