In Tbilisi, the cosmopolitan city on the river Mtkvari, visit the most important sacred buildings of different religions: Anchiskhati church (6th century), Sioni cathedral (575- 639), Jewish synagogue, Turkish mosque, Metekhi church (13th century) the rock on the river Mtkvari, sulfur baths, Narikala fortress (4th century), giving you a nice view of the whole city. Walk along the path of the old Silk Road and Rustaveli Avenue. A visit to the Treasury in the Historical Museum (goldsmith's art from the time of the Golden Fleece). Afterwards, visit SARAJISHVILI- brandy factory.

Day 2: Tbilisi, Tsinandali, Winery Schukhmann, Telavi
Prinz residency Tsinandali, Winery Schuchman
Drive over the hill chains of Gombori Mountains to Telavi, the capital of Kakheti. Visit the House Museum at the Tsinandali Winery by Grand Prince Alexandre Chavchavadze, a meeting point for the intellectual elite of Russia and Georgia in the 19th century, where you will then taste the various wines in the cellar of the museum. Afterwards drive to the Schukhman Estate, where wine is produced both according to European and Georgian methods. A local winemaker will explain in detail how to guide the production of wine. Afterwards wine degustation. Dinner in Georgian local restaurant.

Day 3: Telavi, Gremi, family winery, Kvareli
Batoni’s Tsikhe, fortress Gremi, family winery
Visit the royal residence (Georgian Batoni’s Tsikhe,) in Telavi. On the way to Kvareli Visit the fortress of Gremi (16th century), then lunch with a Georgian family, where you will get to know Georgian hospitality and Georgian table traditions and taste delicious Georgian wine.

Day 4: Kvareli, family winery, wine cellar "Gvirabi", Sighnaghi
Nekresi Monastery, family winery "Simonai Saoiti", wine cellar "Gvirabi" (tunnel)
Another incentive is the monastery of Nekresi, which is situated on the slopes of one of the foothills of the Great Caucasus. Now isolated and remote, Nekresi (4th-17th century) was once a place of political and ideological importance. Afterwards drive to the wine cellar "Gvirabi", English tunnel (7.7km), where the winery "Khareba" produces and stores Georgian wines. A local guide will explain the wine production in detail during a guided tour. Afterwards wine degustation. Afterwards drive to the family winery "Simonai Saoti", here you will get to know Georgian table traditions and taste delicious Georgian wine. Drive to Sighnaghi. Dinner in Georgian local restaurant.

Day 5: Sighnaghi, wine cellar "PHEASANTS TEARS", Tbilisi
Small walk around the picturesque streets of Sighnaghi - the city of love, visit a small market, visit the Ethnographical Museum. Afterwards wine degustation in the wine cellar "PHEASANTS TEARS" by the American painter John Wurderman. On the way to TBILISI dinner and wine tasting in Badiauri restaurant „Khareba and Gogia”.

Day 6: Tbilisi, Mtskheta, family winery -Jagos Marani, Tbilisi
Mtskheta tour, Jvari monastery, Svetizchoveli cathedral, family winery “Jagos Marani”
After breakfast, drive to the ancient capital of Mtskheta at the intersection of Military and Silk Road. Visit Jvari- (Cross) Monastery (585-605). Here on this hill, Nino erected a monumental cross, was a triumphal sign of the Christianization of the country. Next visit Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (11th century). The cathedral of the life-giving pillar-svetitskhoveli was for centuries the coronation and burial site of Georgian monarchs and was regarded as the main church of Georgian Orthodox Apostle Church. Then visit Georgian market in the city of Mtskheta. Lunch and wine tasting at Jagos Marani winery, where you can get a good insight into everyday life and activities such as bread baking, preparation of "churchkhela" (Georgian dessert) and Khinkali (a famous Georgian body dish). Return to Tbilisi.
