Day 1: Ikalto, Alaverdi, Batonis Tsikhe, Telavi
Drive over the hill chains of the Gombori Mountains to Telavi, the capital of Kakheti. First visit the ruins of the Ikalto Academy and the largest cathedral of Alaverdi. Afterwards visit the royal residence (Georgian Batonis Ziche) in the town of Telavi.

Day 2: Telavi, Tsinandali, Gremi, family winery, Kvareli
After a short walk in Telavi, visit the House Museum, Tsinandali Winery by Grand Prince Alexandre Chavchavadze, a meeting point for the intellectual elite of Russia and Georgia in the 19th century, where you will then taste the various wines in the cellar of the museum. On the way to Kvareli lunch with Georgian family, you will get to know the Georgian hospitality and Georgian table traditions and taste delicious Georgian wine.

Day 3: Fortress Gremi, Winery Schukhman, Bodbe, Sighnaghi
After visiting the fortress of Gremi (16th century), drive to the Winery Schuchmann, where wine is produced both according to European and Georgian methods. A local winemaker will explain the wine production in detail during a guided tour. Afterwards wine degustation. Afterwards drive to the fortified city of Sighnaghi. On the way visit of the nunnery Bodbe with particularly beautiful frescoes of the 17th century. Here is a tomb of St. Nino.

Day 4: Davit Gareja, Udabno, Ninotsminda, Tbilisi
In the morning, drive through the steppe desert to the monastery of Davit-Gareja; Visit the monastery of Davit-Gareja, a hike (ascent and walk approximately 2-3 hours) to the caves of the Udabno monastery with impressions of frescoes and a wide view of the beautiful deserts on the border with Azerbaijan. Return to Tiflis via the village of Ninotsminda. Visit the ruins of the oldest cross-dome church of Georgia from the 6th century. Nino on the way to Bodbe at this point have erected a cross.
